Comfortable bed, yet restaurant service and food quality were disappointing.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed a concert at the PPL Center and loved the comfort of our room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It's a great spot for concerts or business trips. Highly recommend staying here!

i had a pleasant stay at renaissance. the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. it's in a great area for checking out restaurants, and it’s super close to the ppl center. plus, the fridge was a nice touch, even if it was a bit noisy. the front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with my car issue.

Nice views from many rooms with easy access to downtown attractions. The unique ambiance of being a repurposed bank building gives the place character, and the nearby dining options add to the enjoyment of the stay.

The parking situation is a bit of a maze, with limited lighting and confusing signage making it tricky to navigate. If there's a big event, you might find yourself dragging luggage through a series of hallways and wondering if you took a wrong turn because the lack of directions makes it feel like you’re on a scavenger hunt rather than heading to your room. Also, having just a few spaces designated for valet can turn hectic with high traffic, leaving you puzzled about where to park.

The lounge offered delightful breakfast options that exceeded our expectations, perfect for fueling up before a busy day. Pro tip, make restaurant reservations well in advance, especially on event days!

The decor is stylish and the restaurant/bar offers great drinks, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, the room was quite noisy due to street traffic, and the valet service could be confusing. Not the luxurious experience I hoped for given the price.
